Alexander Rentz

I started my volunteer journey alongside my good friend Gavin Samame, the Co-founder of Le’go of Your Legos. In the 8th grade, Gavin had asked me to come down to person-to-person, a community-supported organization that supplies clothing and food to the less fortunate. Here, I began to love giving back to the community as I knew that I was always positively helping others. This encouraged me to join the Henrik Lundqvist Foundation, an agency that provides patients with specialized health services to ensure quality care. I was accepted as an Ambassador in November of 2023 where I worked on my service project. Additionally, I joined my local volunteer fire department as a probationary firefighter. Here, I have learned many skills that I can use to benefit the community.
